We don't ship filled bags due to cost of shipping. If you are out of state, please choose unfilled and you will receive instructions with your purchase on how to wrap the chips and seal with glue or hot glue gun. If you are located in the Wilmington, Pennsylvania, or New Jersey area we can arrange local delivery for filled bags or they can be picked up from our location.
